week one

I'm almost through my first week of treatment and things are definitely still in the adjustment period. Getting back to a routine of swallowing something every 2 hours - pills, drops, more pills - has been harder than I anticipated.

Slowly ramping up doses until I have a herx. So far I'm just really exhausted.
